Texcel has been supporting the medical device industry since the time when active implants were being transitioned from epoxy potted devices into titanium enclosures. Adapting new technologies and solving complex problems has been a key motivator for the company. We have developed the expertise required to succeed for our clients, have partnered with companies who have the same goals as us, and have set high standards for our results.
Texcel’s staff of over fifty employees includes over 30 BA and BS degrees, most in mechanical, electrical and biomechanical areas, as well as several MS degrees. Texcel’s facility totals 20,000sqft encompassing office, laboratory, and production space, including 1,500sqft of ISO 14644-1 Class 7 clean room space.
Texcel provides device design, development history file maintenance, quality (QA & QC), regulatory assistance, process validation, general manufacturing, electronic testing, laser welding, and clean-room packaging for a wide range of product applications.
